- The Titan of Braavos: Must be built in a Coastal City. Provides a free Galleas and adds +3 Gold to nearby Atolls.
- The House of Black and White: Provides +2 Culture per Religion in this City. Most Land Units trained here will generate Gold from kills.
- The Iron Bank: Provides a free Bank. Increases Influence from Gold Gifts and Tourism from Trade Routes by +15%.
- The Bells of Norvos: Increases Production in its City by +15% and Worker Speed by +25%. Gains additional yields with Acoustics.
- The Horse Gate: Must be built near Plains and a Mountain. Has two Great Work of Art slots. Mounted Units trained in this City inflict a -10% Combat Strength penalty on adjacent enemies and, if adjacent to a City, grant a +50% Combat Strength bonus to nearby allies.
- The Long Bridge: Must be built adjacent to a River. Nearby River tiles provide +1 Gold. All Ivory in the empire provide +2 Production.
- The Temple of the Red God: Must be built in a Holy City. Doubles religious pressure from this City and increases Tourism against Civilizations that share your Religion by +10%.
- The Great Pyramid of Meereen: Unemployed Citizens provide +2 Production. All Trade Routes with City-States increase production in this City by +5%.
- The Harpy of Astapor: Increases Melee Unit production by +15%. Melee Units trained in this City gain a +15% Combat Bonus when adjacent to a friendly military unit.
- Triple Walls of Qarth: Must be built in a Coastal Desert city. Provides a free Wall in this City and all Trade routes originating here gain +50% Range. Has one slot for a Great Work of Art.
