This is an alternate history Civilization assumes that the German Revolution in 1848-1849 is success and a unified German Empire is established according to the Frankfurt Constitution. And King Frederich Wilhelm IV of Prussia is crowned as Frederich Wilhelm I, the Emperor of the Germans(Kaiser der Deutschen).

Known Issues:
-Balance issue, the design of the UA and UUs may be too weak or overpower, discuss about the design are welcome
-Diplomacy text need to be improved
-Lack of specific events and decisons(though the mod itself is fully compatible with E&D), use the civ decisons of Bismarck's Germany now
