Original Description/Intro:
^^============ ZWEITER WELTKRIEG (Second World War) version 2.2 ============

^^ The purpose of the scenario is to discover which other ways WWII could have
^^ unfolded if different personalities were involved. Although the scenario can
^^ be played by a single player, it is primarily a multiplayer scenario where
^^ the Axis and Allies are to be played by humans.
^^ Please REFER TO THE INDEX.HTML before playing.

^^ The Axis win if they capture London and Moscow, the Allies win if they capture
^^ Berlin. If the Soviets capture Berlin, both the Axis and Allies lose. Secondary
^^ targets are Ploesti, Port Said and Stalingrad.

^ House rule 1: Bombers cannot land on carriers, subs cannot carry V1 missile.
^ House rule 2: Allies cannot declare war on anyone except Minor Axis and Soviets.
^ House rule 3: Do not use torpedoes on land - they won't work anyway.
