so when i establish a network in a city i can't see what the city is building/doing anymore, did they change or remove it? is this a bug? it's...
does this not work for anyone else? i have it built in a city and my units just aren't healing at all.

It doesnt work for me at all, i've tried 5 different games and can confirm, no worker is given upon completion of a city or forming of a station.
