No # of city scaling, nope.
We can try Jinete as a global promotion, and if it is too strong we can scale it back. Fine. :)
I'm fine with this - the 8-happy was working okay, but it probably doesn't have as good of mouthfeel as 15+ 1percity for humans. The impact will...
These were on my todo list, will be in next version.
I took away the CN tower stuff because it often swung the AI into unhappiness with the global pop.
That to me is a lot more frustrating and broken and 'unfun' to play against than higher-CS units. It's also not terribly authentic to the Zulu.
I tried 3p, but it overperformed a bit.
Scaler at 15 hasn't edged out tradition late-game, at least in testing.
- Alhambra as a global bonus is not something that I feel needs to happen. Offensive wonders with global promotions are difficult to balance.
Typo, removed (no change there).
CS Bonuses are still in testing.
Here's a preview of the upcoming version:
Reverted embark rule for land units - can now stack underneath naval units as...

Done. New starter promotion and Zulu tier '3' promotion will link into drill/shock tier 3 stuff.
I don't store betas because they're generally made irrelevant due to a critical bugfix. Also storage space is at a premium.
Yep, closing in. Gotta sort out some changes.
I'm fine with editing the 'flow' of the promotions, just point me to what you want it to be.
For the tier promotions, I'll look.
Look in the old versions folder (see my 'how to install' link in my sig and follow it to the old versions folder). Not sure what is in there but...
If we feel that the Zulu need a buff, I'd be fine with letting tier 4 promotions unlock after you take the third of the buffalo promotions.
The retaliation doesn't have to be 100% of CS, but I do think - if we truly can't stack naval and embarked (which I personally would like to see...
Hardly useless - it would mean that embarked units would at least be a form of 'invasion attrition' for enemy melee naval units to have to deal...
Here's food for thought: what if embarked units could retaliate? Right now, they're military units in civilian clothing...perhaps we could let...
