I play on a Dell 27" S2716DG w/ G-Sync at 1440p with a GTX970, and it looks glorious.
I unlocked several achievements after the game was won, actually. This probably wasn't one of them, though.

I'm finally 100/100. As I mentioned in another thread, I can now start playing the game like a normal person.
I'm sure 'Third Crusade' was easy enough for most people, but getting Jerusalem paired up with Germany took me forever.
'Meiji Restoration.' Just finish the turn and let the encampment finish building.
I don't think the 6 districts have to 'surround' another...
'Archimedes Bath.' Use the worker NW of Aachen to build a pasture. I just need 'Third Crusade,' and I AM DONE.
'100th Anniversary.' Just build the park with the Conservationist next to Crater Lake.

Are you talking about the different era starts? That is an option under the Advanced Setup/Options screen...
