I just loaded an old save. In a well developed city, 1600 ad, on a 1 square pond, i was unable to build any boats at all, including fishing.
how did you manage to build a fishing boat in that pond?
i didn't think you could except on ocean/coast tiles?
is the fish in the 1 square pond a result of a mod?? or wb?
