Units don't heal when fortified, I'm pretty sure of it. I had non-barbarian units...
They don't heal because they are constantly fortified. If they weren't they would stand a chance against surrounding civs.

I built it and I can say that it didn't slow anyone down in my territory. Although I didn't get the chance for someone to move within the wall itself.
Still having problems with the mods installing. :(
But I can save my game locally now!

It's a great game but it's feels a little rushed. That's understandable... (given the big wigs...
They are gone now that I updated my graphics card and reinstalled directx. Selected anti-aliasing and Directx 10/11 build of the game....
