Yes. Also if you get a unit over your cap you can use it. It doesn’t just sit idly. The cap is just a cap against building units, not using them.

AI bonuses haven’t changed in quite some time. So no, it’s not ‘definitely’ that if it’s something you’re just now noticing.

the installer checks your registry for civ’s install location. It can’t know where you’ve moved stuff if your registry is wrong.
