How many cities do these civs have? I've noticed some AI's will not build buildings, only units, if they only have 1 city.
It will be auto-produced and upgrade to a Ninja.:shifty:

The desert Sheridan has some kind of palette issue.
That's a lovely old tractor. I like the worn out details such as the dirt on the wheels and missing paint.
I use Steph's and Quintillus's editors (in addition to the standard editor), both which allow units to have the exact same name without issue....
Now I'm finding out that the max for the science slider was the same as the luxury slider - it's always something... :lol:

Little bug: On the Ayuttahya Elephant Gunner, Attack.flc positions for facing West and East are swapped.
