I've been using a new (at least for me) strategy when I start new games in Civ 2. Instead of going for a phalanx-Colossus in my capital, I'll start by building two settlers before building defensive units. If I start with two settlers, I'll do this with the second city I found.

I decided to create a random map for the Swedish Empire mod. Since there are no Settlers in the mod, I had to create them. The problem is... Computer gamer Settlers don't do anything! They just stand still. They don't even scout the map, let...
Since Wide vs Tall is no real thing in Civ VI, this mod tries to add some tweaks to make Tall play viable and balance it out with Wide play.
This mod aims to be minimal invasive! When playing wide you should experience no change in gameplay, at all.

I just wanna make industrial cities keep appearace in modern era, because musketeers fighting for glass skyscrapers lokking ridiculous. Some dudes already made this for civ6, i just wanna do it for civ 5 too
In my mod i had settlers disabled as the extremely long turns was annoying, but also it was annoying that if your raised a city another computer would settle where it was within seconds, it made winning conquest a chore.

The AI has cities of size 67, 50, 72, with very few farms. I have cities size 50, 57, 42, for example, with plenty of farms adjacent to them. Why are the AI cities so much bigger?

Does anyone know whether there would be unhappiness generated from a city at the end of this situation..... AI city captured by me (unhappiness generated), then another player captures this city from me, then I recapture the city back from the other player?
