Five modular tweaks, delete the sql files of the the unwanted tweaks:
- Era scaling for Great Engineer's Hurry and Great Merchant's Trade abilities, Trade is also affected by number of Towns. (GPEraScaling.sql)
- Manufactory benefits from Mine & Quarry boosts, so it's always better than them...
[EDIT] - I attempted to do this on locations with woods and with farms. Apparently a fort cannot be built on a location with woods or with improvements. I had assumed it would just remove it. </Doh>
Wanting to boost Ballistics, I built a Military Engineer so I could make Forts. Made one...
Now that we have military engineers in the game, how about letting them spend charges to build bridges (coast and then ocean tiles once you research the appropriate techs) and tunnel through mountains, make them work as passable road tiles.
