[BTS] What is the ini Setting for "Edge Pan Speed"?
I mean when you move your mouse to the edge of the screen, the speed at which the screen moves. I know it's an ini setting in either GlobalDefines or in the MyGames/BTS/Civ.ini, but I always forget which one.
