[1.0.0.110] Aust Summer Patch - No Production Panel Visible in Outback Tycoon, Other Graphic Errors

Found a number of errors in Scenario "Outback Tycoon". No mods enabled. Vanilla game. No problems prior to patch. No problems in other applications on the PC.

Restarted game multiple times, no effect.

• End of turn, get the "Choose Production" - no production panel shows up, though the city info panel on the left does, as does the smaller panel where you can choose citizen emphasis, name of the city, etc.
• Random city-state(?) called Baltimore in the middle of the Outback, has graphical glitches on the name, shows a City Attack symbol.
• Can only move to next turn with a right-click
• Cannot build anything, since no production panel.

Anyone have any ideas?

So I exited, restarted a new game of the scenario, and the problem has disappeared.

In case anyone else experiences this issue, this worked for me.
