Earth Map, Information Era Start.
Every time I try to found a city in Hawaii (either tile), the game crashes.
I started the game before the 2017 Summer patch.

NOTE: Been playing Civ since 1991...and this is my first reproducible crash that I remember. That's a pretty good run!
DEV NOTE: After it crashed, I tried debugging it in Visual Studio, and it said it was a heap corruption. I told it to continue. It actually founded the city then. I quickly saved and quit Civ6. This workaround seems to work - started up Civ and have played 25 more turns.
