    Playing Indonesia, I'm getting way more housing than seems possible.

    In the attached save (one turn from victory, btw), virtually all my cities have 4-5 times the required housing despite never building a neighborhood or sewer.

    Your Kampungs get additional housing per adjacent fishing boat that kicks in late game. Yeah, it seems a little OP but as Indonesia you never have to build a granary or even an aqueduct or neighbourhood on coastal cities, only inland.

    OTOH, they can be pillaged by early naval vessels.

    Amenity in Indonesia late game is a headache since food and housing are surplus. I hope there's "stop growing" button as in civ5.
