IKR Catherine's got nothing on Poundmaker when it comes to espionage...another game ruined by a bug

Yeah I was seeing them randomly at times in my last game as Tamar.

Yeah, this can happen anytime you have shared visibility with an ally. It is most commonly seen with Poundmaker because all of his alliances have shared visibility. Any civ can experience it though if they have a tier 2 military alliance or I guess during certain emergencies.

You're seeing your ally's spies. Hopefully they fix it soon.
