So I'll start with the gaten state bridge. In multiple games and I believe on a earlier patch. After building the wonder if one side is blocked by a cliff it will stop units from using the bridge.
The Panama canal bugged out on me in my last game. The canal on one side was a 3 meter lowlands and was damaged I managed to save the tile but boats could no longer use it until I went to main menu and came back to the game.
