In this Hotseat game, Sweden unexpectedly receives a great scientist (Carl Sagan) when its capital is captured by China. The attached save starts with Carl Sagan as the next great scientist in the queue, and Sweden has only 814.9 of 3375 great scientist points accumulated. When the Netherlands captures Stockholm, Sweden immediately receives Carl Sagan, who appears in Goteborg. Carl Sagan is replaced in the great person interface by Abdus Salam, and the Netherlands receives a Eureka bonus through the great library

Sweden does currently have an unused great scientist (Stephanie Kwolek) stationed in in Stockholm, however, deleting this scientist before the city is captured does not prevent the bug from occuring.
