[GS] [1.0.0.328] A little bug with Scored Competitions: "You win" two turns in a row

A World's Fair's window pops up and says "You win" two turns in a row. Scores are different in two instances.
Plus "2 turns remaining" is wrong, when the window's headline says "Competion completed".
