[GS] [1.0.0.328] A remaining exploit to repeatedly gain 100 Favor

As you can see, Suleiman's Aydin is about to revolt and become a free city and before it succumbs to Phoenicia's loyalty pressure, I capture it and give it back to the Ottamans for yet another 100 Favor. My Georgian city of Akhalkalaki does not exert any loyalty pressure to Aydin any more to avoid a similar exploit (they fixed it in a patch, I guess), but the city will still flip from Phoenician pressure.

If you don't want to exploit, just don't liberate Aydin when it is a free city? Let Dido conquer/ annex it?

At the end I was ashamed of using this exploit and just left the city for myself)
