When viewing the City-States screen prior to sending an envoy, I clicked on Geneva and then on the 'Influenced By' bubble so that I could see a breakdown of the envoys from each Civilization. I was leading the way with 8 (as Germany), followed by China and America with 1 each. However, one of the other Civilizations' envoy score was displayed on the same line as my own, which overlapped the names of our civilizations and the number of envoys. I clicked out and back in, and the issue resolved itself. Only a minor issue, but still worth reporting. I did not capture this precise instance but I did do a screen capture of the second time the issue happened, when I viewed the same screen for Hattusa and my score was overlapped with China's. Kongo's was displayed properly underneath.
This issue may potentially be related to alt-tabbing out of the game and back in prior to checking the City-States screen, as I have not witnessed the issue before doing so. Of course, I am only speculating.
