[1.0.1 (1086700)] [Xbox Series] - Unable to use Legacy Points when transitioning from Antiquity to Exploration

In three playthroughs of Civilization VII on Xbox, I was consistently prevented from using my legacy points when transitioning from the Age of Antiquity to the Age of Exploration, except to select a Dark Age or change my capital in two of my three playthroughs.

In the last playthrough, with Machiavelli as the leader and Rome as the civilization, I couldn't even change the capital, as the options simply didn't appear.

Yes! I had this exact same thing happen on Xbox my last two games. (This is before the 3/4/2025 patch.) I did NOT have the problem in any prior games.

I just had the exact same problem today, but transitioning from Exploration to Modern. I had was 2 golden ages in Exploration, but beginning the Modern age I couldn't us any of my legacy points. I could only rename 2 towns and make them cities.

Playing on Xbox. Version 1.1.0 I believe as of 08/03.

I'm having the same issue and it has happened once since latest patch. It has happened a couple of times going from exploration to modern and always when I have achieved 2 or more golden legacy. Very frustrating to have a good era wasted on a bug.

I would add an image but can't seem to from my Xbox.

Ugg, same issue for me. Lots of legacy points in all four categories and zero options to select except 2 Dark Age options. Happens with latest patch and happens a lot now.
