(1.0.1) 2K "Code of Conduct" Crash

I keep getting a crash to desktop where the 2K "Code of Conduct" page will pop up on my browser randomly. The game freezes briefly then crashes. Sometimes it happens on the loading screen, sometimes in a game. I've gone through the steps of clearing the cache, updating drivers, etc.

Build 1.0.1 (1090925) DX12 (had to go in a second time as it crashed while I was typing this out the first time).
