[1.0.1.511] remaining moves on next turn gone

I have a naval unit that has 5 movement point. I move it so it moves 6 movement point. The 5 is done in that turn, the 1 is in next turn. But in next turn, when i click next turn, the program address me to move the naval unit because it still has 4 movement left, so i move only 1 tile because i'm extra careful. But voila, it progresses to the next turn, my other 3 movement point GONE.
 
When you move 6 tiles with only 5 movement points the 1 extra tile will actually be moved at the beginning of the turn. So when you were asked to move the unit you actually had ended the turn and when you move a unit then you can only move it once - so for e.g. you also can not move a worker to a tile and have him start his work there. It's pretty stupid I agree. You can avoid it though by always making units move the maximum, not more not less (if you tell them to move a long distance make sure the end tile for e.g. says it will be reached in 4 turns (shows the 4 on the tile)).
