[1.0.1-Patch 3] Units appear on the wrong tiles

Since the patch today units appear on a different tile than they are actually on.

I lost a slinger earlier in this game due to the bug, I right clicked on the tile that the enemy unit appeared to be standing in to attack it, but instead the slinger moved to the tile, used up its movement and then was killed the next turn by the enemy unit I was trying to attack.

In the screenshot there are 3 units (that I know of since it affects the AI units as well) that show up on one tile but are actually in a different tile.

The scout is actually 2 hexes to the left.
The archer is actually 1 hex to the right.
The hoplite is actually 1 hex up-left.

They all do their animations, but are standing in the wrong spot.

I have had the same issue has not been fixed with the update either. Quality settings make no difference. Neither does Vulcan or Dx12. Don't know the solution.
 
I just started noticing this issue the other day. Happens in a current save game and a new game. Updating video drivers didn't fix the issue. Mods are up to date. I haven't tried disabling mods yet but haven't installed any new mods since everything was working correctly.
