Has anyone unlocked this achievement?. Is there any proper order for building objects?. If I first build Angkor Wat in Angkor wat, do I have to build temple districts first in Angkor, and then 'Wat' in angkor?
I practiced various combinations with the order of construction of the miracle 'Angkor Wat', 'Watt' and the temple district and nothing. I suspect it may be important in what era we will complete the construction of the miracle or whether our religion was already present in the city of 'Angkor Wat'.

My Steam client says this:

Naturally, I can't remember anything of the circumstances.

Where you have built the "Angkor Wat" miracle, the temple district and the aqueduct in relation to the city. How were they located in relation to each other / cities, what distance / number of fields from the city of Angkor Wat.

Make sure you choose 'Wat' as your worship building when founding a religion. You need that built in your Holy Site as well in order to fulfill the achievement.

As you can see, that was more than two years ago. All saves deleted long ago. And as I have said, I can't remember any of the circumstances, sorry :(

I got this during a domination game as Genghis. I neither built the city nor founded the religion myself, but happily the fates aligned and both were assimilated into the Mongolian Collective in time for me to build the wonder. Haven't been that lucky with another achievement since!

Unless there is a difference between the PS4 and PC versions, all you need to do is build the Angkor Wat wonder in the Khmer city Angkor Wat and have a Holy Site in the same city with a Wat building. I'm guessing that simply renaming a city won't give you the achievement so you need to lucky with your city placement.

This is 100% correct and accurate. I tried the renaming route, and it did not work. Once I built the required wonder and building in a city that was automatically named Angkor Wat, the achievmemt popped up.

I actually got this achievement two days ago - and did so by deliberately choosing locations that matched the criteria for every settled city.

Took 5 cities but eventually I got my Angkor Wat and then it was just a waiting game til the Renaissance.

And in what order did you build the wonder of 'Angkor Wat', temple district and 'wat' in city: 'Angkor Wat'. Have you already had a pre-built temple district in another city.
Can you at least share the screenshot so that I can check the location of these objects relative to the city of 'Angkor Wat'.

Unfortunately I started a new game and don't have any saves from that last game - didn't even play it to completion.
I believe I built my holy district first, and then my aqueduct. My Wat was definitely in place before I started Angkor Wat, which was last. All three directly bordered the city center.
So roughly Holy Site->Aqueduct->Wat->Angkor

There are no placement or build order requirements other than those related to the standing ones for building the wonder and aqueduct.

This is probably one of the boring achievements to achieve. Whether it works or not depends on the pseudo-random generator of city names, it is not known from what number of names that generates the city name.
After building 14 cities, each with access to a freshwater source: lake mountains, rivers or oases, I got bored. Even though I had the technology to build wonder "Angkor Wat" available for a long time, I wasn't able to use it very well. But the AI only has 9 turns to complete / in the last map.

It's the second city on their list after the capital, so chances are you will be able to found it.

I don't think that's the case. Unless there are specific terrain conditions necessary to found a city, or a specific time period, the number of turns since the founding of the previous city. Once I did an experiment and, with the same setlers, I set up a city in the same field over the next few turns. Depending on which turn I founded the city took different names, and like this:
turn160 mahendraparwat, turn161 preah vihea, turn162 vimajapur, turn163 preah vihear, turn164 mahendraparwat, turn165 mahendraparwat, turn166 vimajapura, turn167 hariharalaja, turn168 lingapura,turn169 kompong sva, turn170 angkor wat.

At what level did you play when you earned this achievement, and which city was named Angkor Wat after its founding?

I cannot agree with that as you can see in the attached photos and the attached file from the game. / this did not unlock the achievement of the achievement.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong ?. As in the attached photos, I have a city, an aqueduct, an angkor wat city, a temple district with wat and the achievement did not unlock

Might be that it needs to be both founded as Angkor Wat, and have its name not be changed from that to something else. From the screenshot it looks like Angkor Wat's name was changed from "Angkor Wat" to "11. Angkor Wat", either by you manually or maybe automatically by a mod. Either way I'm guessing that's what caused the achievement to not unlock

as you and the other players (including AI) take actions in the game, you change the RNG, so that's why you got different city names each turn. You can also affect the RNG by taking different actions during a turn, so if you keep reloading the same save and immediately settle each time, you'll always get the same name, but if you reload and then move a scout first before settling, you might get another name. As is, you can see the Khmer city list here, in the same order it appears in the games files, and you can see that every name you got was in the first 10 entries out of 29 total, which is what is expected - entries higher on the list are more likely to appear, but not guaranteed. You just happened to get particularly unlucky on the RNG values with regards to getting the game to choose Angkor Wat specifically.

Regarding the name, an interesting concept, this number is just the effect of a certain mod, but I will check it out. If you are right, this mod works a little differently than I imagined.
what does RNG stand for?

RNG stands for "random number generation", as far as I know it's what every game uses to determine the outcome of a random event. RNG is also used in Civ 6 to determine the order Great People of a certain era appear in, which Comandante General is given to Gran Colombia at the start of an era, when and where natural disasters take place, etc. I'm pretty sure that Civ 6's RNG works by taking the inputs you and other players provided, converting them somehow into numbers, and using some sort of formula to use those numbers to determine what random events happen, which is why if you reload a save file and take the exact same actions, the exact same "random" events will occur.
