[1.0.12.28] Kupe settler does not generate +2 science/culture

Title sais it all, when starting Kupe (Maori) +2 science/culture for each turn is promised while the first settler is not settled. However, this does not happen.

You get it when you settle.

Depends, you get it before you settle it (Code of Laws will get unlocked), but you are basically amassing Science overflow each turn.

Does your yield say +2 Science and +2 Culture? Or is it 0 for both?

OK, remove or close this post, indeed I'm wrong and overlooked the fact that science is applied when you settle.
