[NFP] [1.0.12.9] Graphical Animations Bug (Volcanoes & Floods)

When I try to load a save game or resume playing, current active volcanoes and flooding animations does not show lava or water respectively.

Confirm this by having a unit walk near an active volcano, save the game and reload it.

This is post april patch. I can visually not see submerged or flooded tiles or active volcanoes (but hovering over the tile does show that it's flooded). I find that this adds a lot of annoyance to an already annoying late game.

Moderator Action: Still an issue with game version 1.0.12.28

I believe this bug was introduced in the April 2021 patch.

What Happens: When already in a game if you load a previous save or an auto save, certain environmental related effects/buildings do not visually appear in the game. These include: active volcanos, flooded rivers, submerged tiles, and flood barriers. Visually, active volcano appears as inactive, flooded river appears without the flood, submerged tiles still look like land tiles, flood barriers just do not show at all. If you exit to the main menu and load the same save from the main menu everything appears as it should. This bug only happens when loading a save while already in a game.

Expected Behavior: Loading a save from within an active game should visually show all the graphics the same as when loading from the main menu

How to Reproduce: Load a save from within an active game that has one of the above items

Example: This volcano is active, yet appears as an inactive volcano
