[1.0.12.9] Hotseat Gilgamesh Epic Quest trigers for other players

    When playing Hotseat mode and one of the players is playing Gilgamesh, then the Epic Quest feat, where you gain a tribal village bonus for clearing barbarian camps also triggers for other players. The other players also get Tech or Civics Boosts, Faith, Gold, etc. just for clearing barbarian camps.

    I tried adding a save to replicate the issue, but the issue automatically resolves after reloading the save. So it seems there is some other trigger required before the bug arises. Either the Gilgamesh player needs a turn first or even clear a camp. Anyway, replicating the issue isn't that hard, just start a hotseat game, add Gilgamesh as playable and 2 or 3 other civs and start hunting barbarians. I had barbarian clans mode active, not sure whether it still happens without this gamemode.

    Update, it seems that only the notifications for Eureka's are given to the other players when clearing the camp, but the Eureka's don't actually unlock in the tech or civics trees themselves.
