I'm not sure if this a bug or just the AI following it its routine, but either way the result is a bit annoying - since a couple of turns the Aztecs show every turn up and demand that I cede them the territory of Castor. When I refuse, they take the demand back, but come up with it the next turn again. It's a kind of diploamtic stalemate, which hurts no side (aside from my hand and fingers because of the repetitive clicking - and my immersion in HK)...but OTOH, neither side has to gain something (the Aztecs are already at 100 war support).
To reproduce with the attached save:
1. End turn.
2. Aztecs show up and demand Castor
3. Refuse and they retract their demand
4. Repeat 1.-3.
BTW, this issue is no new one for this beta - I noticed this already in older versions.
