This is a save I continued from before the patch released, so it may be related to that. But it was not the first session after the update.
I did some trading of artifacts and great works with the AI and noticed there was theme text below a couple of my amphitheaters. They weren't the same either. One said 1 of 2 and one said 1 of 3.
When I saved and reloaded the game everything appeared fine.
