Proposal Details
Proposal: Remove +1 tourism bonus given to great writer, artist, and musician specialists from the Garden building.
Rationale: Latest 2.7 results show that tourism is still being collected too fast, and its often happening earlier in the game, even before things like stadiums get underway. so we need to reduce tourism sources before the "big stuff" later on. Gardens are a solid building even without the tourism boost, so its an easy fix to take out a bit of the tourism.
