Proposal Details
Currently the Arsenal does too much for a building with both the range and indirect fire bonuses. This proposal separates them between the Arsenal and a new building, the Fortress, while making other smaller tweaks to smooth out the progression.
Old Arsenal (Rifling)
Cost: 1000
HP: +175
CS: +20
Grants Indirect Fire and +1 Range
+15% Military Supply
-5% Empire Needs
+10 Garrison Healing
Old Military Base (Rocketry)
Cost: 2500
HP: +200
CS: +20
+25% Military Supply
-10% Empire Needs
+20 Garrison Healing
+25% Airplane Production
+25% Spy Protection
+15 damage to airplanes conducting airstrikes on city
-1 Distress
Fortress on Navigation.
Cost: 600
HP: +150
CS: +10
Grants Indirect Fire
