[Sponsored] (1-A) Disable Endgame Aggression Option In Advanced Options

It's a nice feature for players who prefer realistic relationships at the cost of late game competitiveness.

Currently, you have to edit a text file to disable it. It would be much easier and intuitive if it'd be in advanced options as a checkbox (enabled by default)

You know what, I'm just gonna go ahead and integrate this, along with "Disable Victory Competition". This doesn't need a vote.
