I have found 1 bug that nearly took all my will to play Civ IV. . . You could get a Great Person and tell him to discover many techs at once... Holding shift and clicking "discover tech" many times... hope you fix it!

Other thing that destroy online games: messers... people that enter a game just to destroy it. Sometimes they just wait timer everyturn. . . thats bad... They can PAUSE the game, without resuming. Then the game is ended. Or, when someone leaves, they just never continue or quit.
There should be something the administrator of the game could do with those... Like kicking if some time has passed already. A counter on pause, and on that screen that pops when someone quits.
Maybe even when someone keeps bugging the game...
Here is my suggestion.
Anyone could start a "KICK VOTE", anytime. . . if 3/5 of the players voted for kick, then the player is banned from this game.
3/5 is the proportion for the approval of a constitution ement (on Brasil). . . so it is a quallified quorum for a Kick in the game.
