(1-NS) Make Domination Victory one of the selected ones for Random Victory Conditions

I already made a thread about this, but since the vp congress was implemented wanted to place it here aswel.

I know in Random Victories you can always pursue the domination path no matter what, but what if the game made you pursue nothing but a domination victory in the end once the random victory triggers?. No science, culture or diplo victory, throw the world into a sudden total war. It would be interesting to see every nation manage all the resources at hand until the very end without having to be stopped by other conditions. Most important, this option could also be disabled in the set up screen so you can also have the regular Random Victory experience, id imagine this shouldnt be difficult to apply.

Clarification: do you mean that it should be disabled by turning off Domination Victory, or do you want two options - one for the current behavior, and one for Random Victories + Domination Victory?
