I'm hoping for another '0' to be added to the end of '100' ;)

    95. If you are building a road between your cities, pay no attention to which tiles might ever be in use - always build in a straight line, even if it means roading several mountains in a row.

    96. Never, ever combine workers into stacks to work more efficiently. Having one worker clear a jungle tile in 24 turns is good enough. Or one worker making a railroad in 6 turns. Each task in a tile needs, at most, only one worker assigned to it.

    97. Always send your settlers through the HP's territory to nab that city spot surrounded by ice half the world away. These city sites are always the most important to get, so always declare war on the HP if your settlers are asked to leave.

    98. Always make sure your settlers have escorts. You never know who might poach your settler on that huge, 80% water, barb-free, 4-civ archipelago map.

    99. Build your cities far away from your core, and make them isolated. And the best defense is spear men or pikemen!

100 : You never, ever trade for territory maps for territory maps, you must ask for the world map as well!

    101. You always remember that you're at WAR with the barbarians and that they are your ENEMIES to be DESTROYED. So you send 15+ stacks of offensive units to clear out these vile barbarian camps.

    102. Use your unsinkable galleys to transport one unit to monkey's empire, It will CONQUER.
    103. The monkeys got it, try again and again... but only in the same place.
    104. The monkeys came to you, NOW their capital is shureley undefended. SET SAIL!

    105. ALWAYS declare war with the HP if you have military near one of his undefended cities. It doesn't matter that he has twice the military power total.

    106. city placement doesn't matter. that's for humans. Just make sure you don't settle on rivers, they cause disease and stay away from food resources too.
    107. NEVER ever pay gold per turn for anything! Who cares if you're behind 10 techs!
    108. Instead of wiping out all of the weaker AIs to make yourself stronger, go right for the giant. DoW the Monkey he can't beat you, you have SPEARMEN!:spear:

I do that all the time Split Open. :(

    I just can't help myself.

109: If you're vastly overpowered by a human player who has taken over your continent but is being nice and letting you live, your best bet at survival is to take his only source of iron to make the once benevolent monkey ruler insanely mad at you. He will then ragequit as opposed to send his hoardes of already trained swordsmen to get revenge.

Saw this in my last game. China made a baddd move and then they left the game :)

    110. Always build a city one off the coast if you possibly can. This prevents an amphibious invasion taking your city. The fact that your city can only grow to size 3 without a harbor is IRRELEVANT!

    111. When you ROP-rape, send one unit to an interior city with a defender and leave the rest of your army just outside his borders. Try to be "mostly sporting".

#105 exaggerates the AI's intelligence. Undefended cities are a drug. They'll do it if the monkey has x times their power. Reminds me of the old John L. Sullivan line to a drunk who challenged him. "Listen you, if you hit me just once, and I FIND OUT ABOUT IT!

Here's a suggestion, undertoad. Start a new thread entitled "100 ways to trick a civilization noob."

    For example,
    1. Tell a noob to space his cities really really far apart, so when their culture increases he'll have more land.

That's kind of mean. But your example...
Change the number and submit it, I've seen the AI do this. Yes, let's found Sparta 10 tiles from Athens. It means that with roads it'll take 4 turns to reinforce. That's a GOOD thing.

You can start oneself if you like Krunchyman or can you?

    2. The moderators clearly do moderate this forum. In order to moderate, one must control the content of what gets put on the forum. So, the moderators have control over what gets put out. So, if someone would put up a new thread on their own, the users and NOT the moderators would have some control over what gets put up in the forum. But, since the moderators have control, that is absurd. Therefore, newcomers to the forum cannot put up their own threads.

    3. Suppose "Moderate" merely means to appropriate posts which do not fit the prescriptive standards of the forum to the rubbish bin. However, that is not a True definition, since moderate means to control. And the moderators would not control the production of new threads and comments if they merely "moderated" in the sense above. But, they do control the information on this thread, so they logically must also control the production of new information on this thread. Therefore, you cannot produce your own new threads.

    Spoiler :
The "mere" moderation above comes as correct. The rest of this just shows the power of reason in that you can even reason with nonsensical information. You CAN produce your own new threads.
