Zoroastrianism if you don't count religions that have more than one deity, but only one is worshipped. Otherwise probably something from ancient arabia or egypt or something.

I dont know much about Zoroastrianism. So it has only one deity? I know that one of the Egyptian pharaohs created his own religion, centered around a single sun god deity. Technically that would count as the first(or one of the earliest) single deity religions, but it died with him, so it definitely wasn't a major religion. I doubt ancient arabia had a single deity religion, but I don't know for sure. In any case, I think it's fair to say that Judaism was the first major single deity religion.

Sorry if I'm being off-topic here.

Atenism, founded by pharoah Ahknaten. It was a true monotheistic religion- based only on Aten, the scarab-sun god. It was state religion of Egypt in the 14th century BC, and Zoroastrianism originated only around the 10th, so I think it was the first ever popular monotheistic religion.
