149: Promotion Icons

Just started a game with 149 and found the overhead promotion icons have disappeared. I kept loosing civilians to Barbs when they shouldn't have been able to move so fast as I thought they didn't have any promotions. Then I noticed that my units also didn't have any...

I reloaded 148.6 and confirmed that promotions show on that version.

There should be a toggled list of flag promotion icons where you find the hex grid option next to the minimap. Strange, however, that they were auto-disabled at the start of the game.

Yes, I know about it. It is the first thing I checked. It was enabled as is the default. Toggling back and forth had no effect.

I can confirm this. When I right-click on the "show promotions" button, the popup only lists "heal instantly" as an option (normally there is a full list of all promotions to toggle). Something got turned around.
