Ana heal. Then I'd kinda like to either go around the Cavalieros city or check if there is a mountain pass.

Ana heal, and check the north. My guess is their starting point was near the coast too, so going south won't work.

In the letter just received from Cavalheiros they request that, as a sign of good faith, our warrior does not continue south. I think we should agree to move him 8, onto the forested hill. If we don't get a letter back to them before we play, this will be a sign that we mean them no harm.

Ana is in the moment at Hill/forrest, if we go (because peace) not south, then it's best to heal and go west to look if there is a gap in the mountain chaine. I don't want to go north.

That's fine - as long as we don't go south. They specifically requested we not move further south.

    1. Ari heals -> probably ok.
(How much HP does Ari have now?)
    2. Settler and Pyt2 goes to gems 8 -> ok
Maybe Pyt2 could move 2, if no animal/barb can be seen - don't need him on the settler tile
    3. Leo road
Do we need that road? Perhaps 4-build farm is better. We'll surely need an early farm for that city to grow.
    4. Archi and Eup chop gain to CERN for worker, CERN works clam, mine. -> ok
    5. Ana -> retreat or heal
Think that retreating is better diplomatically... After healing I'd like to send Ana westwards a search for a pass or a way to the westcoast.

I want with Ana to go there or over forrest. I mean, we 'll let a tile between Ana and the cultural county of Cav.

    How about this:
We heal Anaxagoras in place. This will give us time to work out an agreement with Cavaleiros. If we are fully healed, and no agreement is complete, then we can investigate the mountains west of his current position instead. This will leave 4 tiles of fog, at the worst.

However, I imagine that we'll be able to get an agreement pretty soon.

I agree with taking a non-provocative route. Maybe the message should include something about Anaxagoras wanting to admire the view 1-1 of current position? We'll want those fog tiles later to evaluate iron deposits, though we don't need to tell Cavalieros that. :)

That's assuming the lion and barb don't attack.

I disagree. Let's move on the territory that we can. There's no reason why we have to preemptively surrender position to them.

We're not talking settlement terms here, just exploration.

HUSch, could wait a little with hitting enter?

We sould better get our diplo settled in the next couple of turns.
(For example if we gear for research coordination, we should get this fixed before our next project.)

    edit: too late...

Cav has not hunting, that is clear, we get only our 20 :science:, with Cav hunting that would be 21.
