2.08 Spy bug found

On the civ4 ladder site a couple of the guys there (manissa & lestat) discovered that spies are bugged in the patch.

If an enemy at war with you moves a stack of units into your land move a spy onto the stack. Next turn his stack will be placed outside your cultural borders as if you made peace with him.

Pretty much you can remain undefeatable by using this exploit.

Well all I hear from people is how worthless the Spy unit is....guess they were all wrong

This was a bug in unpatched version of Warlords. I reported it a long time ago...no one listened
