I was in Wal-Mart this weekend and on their cheap CD rack they had Civilization II, "the ultimate version of the classic game." The weird thing was, it was a two CD set. I've got the multiplayer Gold Edition, so maybe the original Civ II came on two CD's?? If not, anybody know what the second CD might be?

I've heard the "2 cd" set is actually only 1.The 2nd cd just had some demos.Don't hold me to it though.

If the 2nd cd is the Fantastic Worlds add-on..then buy it.

Hey, I would even say if the second CD is the Conflicts in Civilization CD then I would buy it...mostly because I don't have that particular version and because I do have the scenarios from that version and they are pretty good...(they were bundled with MGE when I bought it..so I guess you can say I just want the CiC cd for the heck of it).
