[BNW] 200 Euro for all austrian regions!

Althought Civ6 is already released I like to make all other 8 austrian regions (leaders/civs) what I have promised myself that I will finish this and can play. I can code them and I´m responsible for the content but I need a codechecker, an artdesigner and a luacoder. I will give you 200 Euro when you are alone and help me in all or 100 Euro when 2 persons help me or so when all 8 other regions of austria are finished in the steamworkshop available and naturally without bugs and so how I like .
