All I have to say is if the Dolphins didn't sniff at him, he is D-U-N done. But as you
say, he won't admit it to himself. To get it in serious farce mode, we need Whitlock
    taking up his cause.

Still the best QB in Eagles history.

Maybe he was contaminated by Haynesworth's toxic ego?

So is my memory rotten, or was Tannehill once viewed as a fairly large dropoff
from Luck and Griffin? The way the hype is going, there will be people asserting
he's equal to them by draft day...

I thought so too. I think the early analysis had him going in the bottom 3rd of the first round or maybe even early second round. But right now I don't think Tannehill will make it past Miami at #8....

Another possibility is the "Nothing else to report on" surge

I understand the hype surge, since a decent QB is worth his weight in platinum. But why Tannehill, rather than, I dunno, Wilson or Cousins?

If you don't think something of that nature is said in just about every locker room you are blind. You want your defensive players to knock people's block off... especially their best players. But legally.

Yeah, but... I don't think he'll be coaching again.

I understand that, my beef is with him encouraging the aggravating of concussion prone players/the encouragement to hit Smith even after the play is over. I'm all for hard plays and hard hits, but encouraging players to give other players lifelong, often life threatening injuries is, to me the really appalling part.

Not just toast. Burned toast. Burned toast as in only tiny ash particles left floating around in the toaster oven.

And he deserves no less than that.
