I've set up a fantasy league for the upcoming world cup. The link is:
    http://en.mcdonalds.fantasy.fifa.com/leagues/944
The set-up process was a bit confusing, I don't know if you need a password, but if you do it's 'westminsterspikes'.

    Cool! I'm "scrchngwsl".

I really don't know how to do this. I just picked 11 good players and then a bunch of cheapos from crappy teams.

Also, I definitely joined, but I can't see where the league is! If I go into "my leagues", all I see is the league I set up, not your league that I joined... But if I click your link, I'm listed as a member!

Should see it at My Leagues / My Leagues / View league [at bottom of My League table].

Could be buggy just now. These things often start with bugs but get fixed (having said that the UEFA champions league one this season never got fixed).

Yeah it's not there sadly. I'm sure I'm in the league though so hopefully it will get fixed.

I don't know why we need to have a full squad. With Fantasy Premier we just needed a matchday squad and that is much better, than having to put in rubbish players on your team.

    Site is a bit buggy.
When I log in and click "My Leagues" I'm not in any league. When I search for "CFC League" there I am as Quackers91. Weird. We have a variety of nationals. Two indians, an Albanian and I don't know what Herman_CFCs flag is.

We're not allowed any transfers during the group phase, only to swap in and out between our full squad and starting XI in between rounds and make subs during rounds. I assume this is to encourage us to fill out our squad rather than just pick 11 players, as they probably won't play every single group game (esp if in an easy group), and having a back-up for players who underperform during rounds would be valuable.

I don't think this is as effective or as fun as just doing the matchday squad as in the Fantasy Premier League one, but I can see some logic behind it.

A reminder, end of the round-of-16 transfer window is approaching. You have to make transfers by the beginning of the Brazil-Chile match today.

I've lost interest due to the poor format of the fantasy. We shouldn't need to have a whole squad just enough for a matchday.

Ah, the old blame the game for your poor performance.
