Look better. Some christian groups have been the most vocal opposing a war, and even sanction, against Iran. Not every christian is a member of some crazy protestant sect looking for armaggedon.
Yes some are as you say, but I live with US Christianity everyday, read about it in the paper and hear them on the radio. There is a strong vocal segment that is very pro Israel and anti Muslim.

A liberal PAC put together a whole thing about Moore and making Alabama dry too that also was not true. These two sets of intentional misinformation in the bama senate campaign where both frowned upon by the dnc itself, but notably they've refused to say they will not resort to such tactics this year. Of course the reality of that is that any such use of tactics by the DNC will not only be too soft to matter but it will blow up in their faces and get used against them. The smart play in my opinion is to blast the trump campaign for doing it and hammer it home every day.

Nothing you've said invalidates what happened to the victims, nor even disproves them. "Sorry ladies, that abuse you suffered? Couldn't have happened, because in my school we don't sign yearbooks!" What a joke.
It's shameful that people will turn a blind eye to systemic, institutional child abuse and then go on to blame the victims when it all comes out, finding even the smallest of inconsistencies to discredit them.
