Voted not sure, but I'de say no... Assuming 16 is the age of consent where you live there's nothing wrong with it. If the age of consent is hiher though yeah you've got a problem...

I found this in a fitness forum.

A guy, 22, wants to have sex with a girl who's 16. I'm the dad of a 1 year old daughter. I am worried about her enough as it is, but I cant think of how much I'd worry about this if this was my daughter. I'm angry about this guy doing this, am I right to be angry? You should be disturbed, but angry, I am not so sure. I think that you have to realize that bad things, of all kinds, happen in this world. There is nothing that you can do to stop it all, just your best at doing what you can. Raise your daughter to know better and to be on the lookout for predators like this.

seconded. I have no problem with 16yo's having sex with 22yo's. But this guy sounds like a creep as well as a loser.
