.25 and Sprawling Trait

I noticed that neither the To Do list nor the Waiting for Shadow list contain the sprawling trait as 3 plots. This was one of my favorite traits in FFH. With BTS I looked forward to playing Kadrith leading the Vamps. Will sprawling be returning to FFH BTS or has it been removed in part because of unrestricted leaders/other reasons?

I figured this wasn't a bug and didn't belong in the .25 threads so I made a new post.


This is a BTS mod that contains larger city sizes and culture, if the code has changed in BTS this may provide help in implementing Sprawling. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=241976

You could go ahead and try a sprawling Cardith of the Calabim with version .23 (or .22, any of them really) if you wanted to. It only requires a minor change in CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml file (or excel editor)
