Proposal:

Assyria's UB (Royal Library) generates the same 2 :c5greatperson: Great Scientist Points as the School of Philosophy.

Rationale:

Assyria's UB currently generates one less :c5greatperson: Great Scientist Point than the national wonder it replaces. Which is weird for a civ that has a strong science flavor; no tradeoff is mentioned anywhere in its civilopedia text, and it isn't reasonable to think that one less :c5greatperson: GPP is intended to somehow counterbalance the large amount of special traits it has.

It is a minor thing on this civ, but one that feels bothersome to see for not having any clear purpose to be there; maybe it was just a buff to the School of Philosophy that someone forgot to apply to the Royal Library back then.

This feels more like a bug fix that ought to be on github, rather than a change for congress.

:dunno: I'll allow it as either.

I actually prefer as a bugfix myself. I just proposed here in case it had a balance concern I'm not aware of.
